John is an ordained minister. He and his wife, Anna have been in fulltime vocational ministry since 2002. They served five years with Life Builders, an adult ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (now known as Cru). In 2007 their ministry moved under their local church, Grace Bible Church of Colorado Springs. Their focus remained the same, spreading the gospel and making disciples in their Jerusalem with some short-term missions abroad. In 2015 they moved their ministry to Aviano, Italy where they worked alongside the Air Force Chaplains to minister to the military community. While there, John planted and pastored Grace Bible Fellowship Church.
John grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. He accepted Christ in a church setting on October 14, 1973. He entered the Air Force in October 1981. After honorably serving 20 years with distinguished awards and decorations, he retired from the Air Force to serve in vocational ministry. His passion is expository teaching/preaching of the Bible and one-to-one discipleship to equip men to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Anna was born in Colorado Springs and grew up in a religious home, however she did not take ownership of her faith until she became a young adult. For over 40 years she has become a student of the “Bible.” She loves helping women understand and live out biblical principles related to godly womanhood, wife and mother.
John and Anna have been married since 1984. They have four adult children and three grandchildren.
